Member Code of Conduct

Welcome to Hotwobbles.com, a web service provided by Hotwobbles.com and its Affiliates that allows you to interact with your entire network of friends, meet new friends, and explore their worlds (the “Service”). This Member Code of Conduct is incorporated into the Hotwobbles.com Terms of Use, which together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire “Agreement” between you and Hotwobbles.com.

NEVER DISPLAY ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE. This includes any information that could be used to find you in the real, off-line, world—for example, your real name, mailing or home address, phone numbers, etc. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Hotwobbles.com members or third parties. Hotwobbles.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members or third parties.

Prohibited Conduct

BY USING THE HOTWOBBLES.COM SERVICE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT DO THE FOLLOWING:

1. “Stalk,” harass, threaten, or defraud other Hotwobbles.com members;
2. Post pornographic, sexually explicit, or patently offensive content such as content promoting racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
3. Provide material that exploits people under the age of eighteen (18) in a sexual or violent manner or solicits personal information from anyone under sixteen (16);
4. Make unsolicited offers, mass mailings, proposals, or send “spam” or junk mail to other members;
5. Promote information that you know is false, misleading or promote illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous, or use the Service for any illegal purpose;
6. Promote an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
7. Post content that contains restricted or password-only access pages or hidden pages or images;
8. Provide instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
9. Impersonate another person, access another member’s account without that person’s permission, or authorize others to use your account, including your profile or email address;
10. Solicit passwords or personally-identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes;
11. Engage in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes;
12. Solicit people you don’t know to add you or accept you as a friend on Hotwobbles.com;
13. Use the Service in connection with any commercial endeavors because the Service is for the personal use of individual members only (organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become members and should not use the Service for any purpose).

Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Service will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including, without limitation, civil, criminal, injunctive redress, and termination of membership privileges.
